When Thoughts Are Not Enough

It has been a difficult year for several of us, and in light of that, all of us over at Project-Pay-Forward are asking that we, the deviants that call this site home, all participate in a special project. Running along such notable lines such as PurpelBlur’s “Just Cuz” Day, Kaz-D’s newest “Positive People” series, towards my own Prayer Support Log and many others, we do hope to help further spread the holiday support and cheer to all deviants.



We are so glad that you asked!

None of are not asking you to give us anything in return, or are there any prizes. We just simply ask you to do so from the goodness of your heart. One of our primary goals over at Project-Pay-Forward is to focus on helping others. One of the ways we can do that is by simply checking up on our friends and letting them know how much they are loved or missed.

But this is not limited to just the group. DeviantART too, strives to help others. Through this site, we all develop friendships, families, and close bonds. And none of these should ever be taken for granted. To me and countless others DeviantART is a second home, and I value each and every friendship I have made here – as I am sure all of you do.

Hence, what better time than now to continue to spread some love and support? Take time out to look over your list of friends, and to tell a few...or perhaps all of them that you love or miss them. Just take those extra few moments to tell them that they are important to you, or simply that you are thinking about them today. We all have personal, painful burdens to carry on our shoulders daily and even those smallest tokens of affection towards others can and will make all of the difference.

So, why not leave someone a comment, a note, or perhaps even a journal to remind them how much you care? There is no better time like the present, since they always say: “it’s a gift.” Do not take it for granted. We little care how it happens, just so it does. No one should feel like they are alone.

It will only take a moment, but it will mean the world to those special deviants.
